To register for the coming young peoples conference, complete the following 3 STEPS:
Step 1) CONFERENCE FEE
Submit the conference fee of $115/per person at the church in Anaheim’s donation page HERE.
(Note: On the Paypal site, keep the box checked: “Share my name and email with this charity” so we know you’ve submitted the payment)
Step 2) OAK GLEN LIABILITY FORM
Download the fillable Oak Glen liability form, complete the form, and EMAIL the completed form to yp@churchinanaheim.org.
Step 3) REGISTER
Fill out the registration form below (note: one form per person): Registration is closed.
